. link love 3/1 .

March 1, 2015 by Amanda @ .running with spoons. 26 Comments

Happy Sunday, friendly faces! Guess where I’m currently hanging out!

Pyramid Lake

Well, that was earlier in the day and I’m currently sitting in a hotel room typing up this post, but yessssss! A little bit of back pain wasn’t going to keep me from visiting one of my favourite places in the world. The only thing is that I had to pass on the snowboarding (sad face!!!) because I’m pretty sure I would have snapped in half if I attempted it, but I’ll take what I can get!

The weather’s been gorgeous, the sights even more so, and I didn’t get eaten by a cougar or bear, so that’s always a plus. I hope you guys are having an equally as enjoyable weekend, and I’ll see your friendly faces tomorrow! 😀

The Better with Sprinkles post on NEDA was great, thanks for sharing it with your readers!

I celebrated recovery by hosting my first dinner party…nothing makes me feel more amazing now than sharing good food with others, something I never could have imagined doing!

Sorry about your back pain love! But if you’re going to be in pain, I guess it might as well be in the mountains where you can enjoy nice views. 😉 Hope you had a good weekend!

Three things I’m doing today: saying goodbye to the fam before getting on my plane to oz, last minute packing, and icing the darn ankle!

I’m so glad you got to make it to the mountains. I think spending as much time in your happy place, especially when you’re potentially under stress, is a great idea. We’re currently getting another umpteenth inches of snow, which has forced me to hibernate today, and ya know what, I like it. 🙂

Yesterday: went for a glorious (yet freezing) run outside, went suit shopping (unsuccessfully) for my boyfriend, finished a 12 page document on my performance for work.
Today: Pay rent, get outside again for a run, get some laundry done!

Your snowboarding scenery pictures always make me want to take a trip up to Canada! So beautiful!
