Thank you for sharing my post on foods to reduce anxiety. I very much appreciate it, and now since I’m a week behind, I’m going to bypass the links today. I know you understand. πŸ™‚

As someone who really doesn’t pay attention to make up much, I liked that Buzzfeed article! I like someone to just tell me what to buy rather than figuring it out myself haha.

Yesterday: recovering from a sleepover (stayed up until 2am, woke up at 8 and succumbed to a nap at 3!), bought supplies for a few DIY presents for family, and started brainstorming how I’m going to redo my room!

Wow! Banff! I’d love to visit! I love winter outdoor activities! I live in southern Maryland now, but miss my homestate of Maine! Miss snowy New England winters! My approach to a healthy balance is just eating good, real whole foods! A less is more approach! Chocolate is real and whole! Any smoothie with almond butter is awesome too! Merry Christmas!

On one hand I’m jealous you’re enjoying time in the mountains (snow around Christmas – we won’t get any this year!) but on the other hand it’s all for my best (read: I can’t snowboard in the least and skiing … it’s been too long). I hope you enjoyed a great day in Banff!
