I’ve actually been holding off on reading this because I get lost in all the great links you share and lose far too much time. It’s generally worth it though especially since I get great blogging tips and find new to me bloggers that I add to my blog lovin list, bloggers more in line with my school of thought. Thanks much, as always.

Three things I did yesterday: made pancakes for breakfast, biked to the farmers market, and baked dessert to bring to JZ’s friend’s birthday last night
Three things I did today: walked to a local bakery for breakfast with JZ, made and photographed a new recipe, and sat on my butt while I read out recipe instructions to my mom for dinner (lol seriously – I was too pooped to contribute).

The ’10 Habits…’ article is one of the best written ones I’ve read on this subject lately! So, so, so true!

Three things I did yesterday: explored B’ham a bit more (moved here just a few days ago), wrote my first blog post (!!!) and treated myself to a delicious dinner (sweet potato, goats cheese, hummus, eggs & beetroots).

Today: went to my first hot yoga class (loved it!), did a bit of food shopping & prep and watched the men’s Wimbledon final!

Hope you had a lovely dinner at your parents’!

ughhh burpees. I only do them when someone tells me too, even though I know how good they are!
Yesterday: groceries, extra-long walk with the dog (not because I was planning on it, but because I was lost in thought and missed where I was supposed to turn…), out for dinner
Today: going to a festival, cleaning, eating lots of food at said festival.

    Happy Sunday love!

Aww-thanks so much for the link love! I am honored, sweet lady!
As good as burpees are – I love to hate ’em too – specially after doing the 100 burpee challenge!

Yesterday was an unusually cool day here in Georgia (70’s is considered cool here) and I got to hang outside doing lunch/dessert with a friend – also served and attended church last evening and ended the evening watching “Rookie Blue” and eating leftover flourless cake with my daughter. Today am going to a friends church as he just got a gig playing in their band and gotta put curtains up in my daughter’s newly painted room and cut my grass if it doesn’t rain. Hope you have a blast at your block party and your parents! Happy Sunday πŸ™‚

Yesterday did a step class supposedly it will help strengthen my calf. Then I met a friend and did lots of shopping. Today is all about relaxing and getting ready for a crazy work week. My project kicks off this week so we will be scrambling. My firm demands perfection.
