Happy Sunday, friendly faces! πŸ˜€

I’m going to keep the intro short and sweet this week because I somehow managed to collect a tonne of awesome links this week (blame the rainy weather!), and I’d rather you spend your time reading those than listening to me ramble… which is just a roundabout way of saying that I’m not a fan of writing intros and I’ll use any excuse I can to get out of them πŸ˜‰

But no, seriously…  Lots of great links this weekend — enjoy!

Man you weren’t kidding. This is stocked with great links. I loved the one on grains and trail mix; those things are right up my alley. I also really enjoyed Lucie’s post; very honest and moving. I also appreciated the bit on blog titles, which I suck at, although I’m getting better. I’m even naming the recipes the actual recipe now. Shocking, yet effective. Imagine that. πŸ˜‰

    Yesterday: yard work, finances, nap.
Today: Week In Review post, work, gym.

OMG…the abandoned cities one is so creepy! So many great links. I wish I had more time to read through them today, but I have to get a presentation done for a meeting tomorrow morning. Yesterday I swam and did spin class, ran errands, cooked some awesome recipes. Today I have to get this preso done, got a 10 mile run in early and then I have to find a blender. Mine crapped out on me last night. Any recommendations?

If you’re willing to spend a little more, then I definitely recommend either the Ninja Ultima or the Vitamix. Otherwise, the Nutribullet is a pretty good, inexpensive choice!

I always love catching up on some great posts and articles I missed during the week. I liked Kim’s post on different grains, I’m excited to try some new ones! The article on naturally thin people reminds me of what my mom is always saying to me about my stress eating. Hope you have a fab Sunday lady!
