I know you’ve posted links to Marc and Angel’s blog for a long time now, but I have just recently started clicking the link and I am so glad I finally did. I’ve been struggling with a negative attitude lately and how to change it. I feel like following this blog can really help me remind myself of how truly blessed I am and how important a positive attitude is. Thank you for opening my eyes to this.

Followed your links to the critical review of It Starts With Food and the article about why 1200 cals are not nearly enough – loved them both! I’m going to have to bookmark some of these as helpful reminders to myself whenever the blogging or fad-dieting worlds get too noisy about restrictive diets and deprivation. Thanks for highlighting such good stuff.

Isn’t sketchy internet sort of liberating sometimes? When the world’s preventing me from going online, I take it as a sign that my surroundings deserve some undivided attention. Hope the mountains treat you well.

You get me with these links every week. Every single week. I read way too many of them; no surprise there.
Yesterday: I went for a run, outside, in shorts! I worked in the yard and ate gelato.
Today: more running, more yard work and I finally did our taxes. With 2 days to spare, I might add.

I have to be careful reading through these links … next thing you know, I’ve spent half an hour clicking and reading! Thanks so much for including my posts, too. Three things I did yesterday? Took the ACT, sat through an honor’s society meeting, and stuffed my face with key lime pie bars. Three things I’m doing today – find a good book to read (hopefully!!) get some blogging done, and yeah … stuff my face with key lime pie bars again.
