. link love 8/31 .

August 31, 2014 by Amanda @ .running with spoons. 12 Comments

Hello, hello friendly faces!

How’s your weekend going? I’m having a blasty blast here in Whistler, and I honestly can’t believe this is our last day here πŸ˜₯ Time.is.flying — so much so that I almost forgot to post because I didn’t even realize today was Sunday. Oops. But Sunday it is and it’s time to share some link love! Today’s batch is a little smaller than normal since I didn’t get a chance to do as much reading this week, but there’s still plenty of good links so hopefully you find some good stuff!

As for me, I’m off for another day of hiking and adventuring. Woop, woop! Then I’ll be driving home for the majority of tomorrow, so I’ll [hopefully] see your faces again on Tuesday. Miss you. Love you. Bye!

You know what they forgot to mention in 12 Tips To Make Running Fun… a great playlist. That always helps me.

Good stuff my friend. I found the intolerance post very interesting since I do think people are quick to blame dairy or gluten for digestive woes; sometimes unfairly so. It’s like the new craze, and it does a disservice to people with true intolerances.

So many fabulous links….especially excited to read about making running fun, since it’s something I’m working back into after an injury (and it’s a love/hate deal even when I’m NOT injured, haha).

Hope you’re having a great weekend!
