link love 1/24

January 24, 2016 by Amanda @ .running with spoons. 22 Comments

 Happy Sunday, friendly faces!

How’s the weekend been treating you so far? Actually, how’s the weather been treating you?? I know people only talk about the weather when they have nothing more important to say, but considering all the craziness that’s been happening over on the east side of the continent, I think it warrants a quick mention. I hope everyone affected by the storm has been staying safe and warm, because I hear it’s the worst one since… well… basically since I’ve been alive.

BUT! I have some good news! Actually, I have some good reading material to share with you, but that’s good news if you’re stuck at home! And if you get tired of reading, you can always switch to baking. I hear these muffins are pretty great. Unless brownies are more your thing.

Either way, I hope you guys are having an awesome weekend, and I’ll talk to you soon!

I’m definitely going to check out the fitness apps because I have been so bad about going to the gym lately. It’s just so much easier to work out at home.

Thanks for sharing my muffins, lady! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! xo

I feel the same way! Plus sometimes it’s just nice to have a mini “personal trainer” that makes you feel like your workouts have a little bit more structure.

I loved Meredith’s tips on how to be a better runner and actually thought they were more fitting for being a healthier person in general. In fact, I’ve been making it a point to work on almost all of them what with my current condition.

Those pictures are fantastic, and now I need to study Oscars paws, which are speckled black and white.

    Yesterday: meh.
