    Yesterday: gave visiting cousin a tour around town, went to dinner at an awesome fancy vegan restaurant, sent lots of thrilling emails
    Today: charity walk for Type 1 Diabetes, lunch with friends at fun food trucks, filmed a new tutorial

    -Took a glorious nap
    -Attended a friend’s birthday party and had too many drinks

    -Rest & recover with my feet up, maybe another nap

    Yesterday: Baked a pumpkin bundt cake (probably one of the best I’ve had in a while), got pumpkin pancakes for dinner (I’m noticing a theme ha!), and babysat my niece for a little while (!!!).

    Today: Going for a run (Check!), making a Target run, and watching the Eagles game!

    Thanks for sharing my post love. I had a good time writing that one and am really kind of excited for the next one. Did I tell you I downloaded the wordpress editorial calendar? Um, I have tons of ideas apparently. Who knew?

    I actually read a lot of these links you’ve got going on and really enjoyed them for various reasons. Especially why you shouldn’t always believe the fitness industry. I’m still working on my own spin on that. πŸ™‚

    yesterday – drove to Jacksonville to so I could restock at Whole Foods and The Fresh Market, had dinner date with Jim, caught up on some recorded tv shows.
    Today – just got back from a 9 mile run, working on a recipe for the blog, eating it as we speak and it is delicious!

    lol at this, that and the other thing. I have days that seem so busy when I’m living them but that’s all I can say when I try to recount what I did haha. Also, those salted oatmeal dark chocolate cookies need to get in my belly ASAP
    Yesterday I did some school work (so tiring!), hit the gym and did a little blogging and today I’m probably gonna do it all over again. What can I say? I’m a creature of habit lol
