Happy Sunday friends! πŸ˜€

I didn’t really get a chance to spend more than 5 minutes at the computer this weekend, so no fancy intros for today’s post. It’s my last day at Blend so I’ll be savouring those last moments before shedding some tears and flying back home. Hope you guys are having an awesome day, and make sure to check out these great links!

I’m digging the 10 lame fitness rules. So very true. I also loved Lindsay’s post on being an adrenaline junkie. So very on point. It took me a long time to learn how to balance my type A nature with a more balanced side and to be able to relax guilt free, but man it’s worth it every time.

I’m excited to hear about blend! Lots of pictures please!

On the topic of those lame fitness rules, I keep hearing about this new 5:2 diet. You eat whatever you want 5 days a week and the other 2 days you eat just 500 calories. I wish I was making this up πŸ™
