You can probably tell from most of my recipes that I like to keep things pretty simple in the kitchen.
Minimal ingredients that are usually made up of simple pantry staples. Minimal hands-on time that usually involves a blender or food processor doing most of the work for me. And minimal prep and clean up, which usually means I can be in and out of the kitchen in under 20 minutes. Quick, easy, delicious and nutritious are my recipe requirements.
That’s why it’s probably no surprise that no-bake recipes are among some of my favourite [to make and eat]… especially no-bake energy bites. Not only are they super simple to make, but they taste amazing and they’re usually loaded with a lot of my favourite ingredients, like oats, nut butter, and dried fruit.
