That treadmill interval workout sounds like such a great way to keep things interesting! I’m always more motivated when I can switch things up instead of doing the same workout every time. Having some Exercise Equipment at home can make it easier to fit in a quick session too, especially when you’re short on time. Thanks for sharing these fitness finds!

I need to start washing my yogas and leggings more… lol. Who would’ve thought! Also didn’t know oatmeal and corn were good sources of protein. Yesterday I went to hot yoga, online shopped, and worked at GNC!

Yesterday I worked a shift at the the hospital, ran some errands, and unwound last night by reading my friend’s YA book manuscript. Today so far, I’ve enjoyed a walk in the park, got some food prep done, and am looking forward to yoga later. Have an awesome Sunday!
