Packed with protein and perfectly sweet without any added sweeteners, this thick and creamy smoothie can easily be called a pudding thanks to the addition of silken tofu. Makes a perfect post-workout snack!
Ingredients (serves one)
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use whey)
- 1 serving (85g) silken tofu
- ½ banana
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into any standard blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Empty into bowl and chill before enjoying.

So when you add the fruit you just throw in fresh or frozen fruit?
I mostly use frozen, but fresh works as well
